My Easter holidays

Eduardo went to see "Slumdog Milionaire" and he liked it a lot.

In my last Easter holidays I went to the beach with my friends, we played beach soccer and we swam.

I went to the cinema and I saw "Marley and Me" and it was cool. I also went to see "Slumdog Milionaire" and I liked it a lot. This film won some oscars.

I did my homework and I went a lot to the football field of this scholl near my house. I invited my friends and we formed the teams and played.

In my Easter holidays I also went to the church, my mother is a Sunday school teacher and I had to go with her.

On my holidays I went to Funchal a lot, went to my cousins house and grandpa's house too.

I helped my mom to bake a cake and cleaned my room. I surfed on the net everyday and I watched TV everyday too. I played and walked my dogs.

On Easter Sunday Carina went to mass and stayed with her family the whole day.

On Sunday before Easter I went to go Madeira Shopping and did some shopping.
Then I went to my uncle's house and spent 3 days in there.

On Monday and Tuesday I went my aunt's work place. On Wednesday I went to my uncle´s house. On Thursday I came to Calheta.

I went to my friend's house to do a group work for school. On Saturday I went witch my family to my aunt's house.

On Easter Sunday I went to mass and stayed with my family the whole day. I slept there.

My Easter holidays

On last Easter holidays I had fun. I played lots of football and on the computer, but I also studied a lot.

In the first week I played and made the homework. In the second week I went to church on the Good Friday, Maundy Thursday, Resurrection Day and on the Easter day.

On Sunday I ate very sweet almonds and chocolate eggs.

My Easter holiday was very cool.

Hi! I loved my Easter Holidays!
I did lots of things:

I went to the beach;
I had a barbeque with my parents in Paúl da Serra;
I played with my friends;
I played computer games;
And had fun.

I also stayed at home doing nothing on the holy week. I went to church only on Good Friday and on Easter Sunday.

On Good Friday, I saw some films about Jesus’ life. I liked seeing it! On Easter Sunday morning my family and I ate “Hot Cross Buns”, they were delicious! We went to church and then we went for a walk.

I hope your Easter Holidays were as great as mine!

The birth of Carolina's cousin was the most important event on her Easter holidays.

I hope yours was good as mine.

My Easter Holidays were good, because I had lot of fun and I was with my family, to celebrate this very special day.

I ate many sweets like almonds, chocolate eggs and other traditional sweets. There for I gained a bit of weight.

I had a big surprise in my Easter vacation, my cousin Soraia was born on Easter Sunday. I was very happy, she is very beautiful! I love babies!

I love being on vacation so I can relax and enjoy myself. I think these were my best Easter holidays only because of the birth of my cousin made me be so happy.

Hi, guys. Here I am, again.

I hope you're not tired of reading my texts, so, if you’re not, I invite you to read one more, because it means a lot to me.

I spent my holidays at home. I watched TV, played on the computer, posted on my blogs a lot and I studied just a little bit… LOL.

Holidays seem to be a cool time, a time to rest, a fantastic time for me. It's an opportunity to forget our problems and give attention to us and to our family.

I spent a lot of time with my family, and I couldn't wait more for it.
On Maundy Thursday, I went to the mass, and I thought a lot about GOD too. This day is to value what we've got.

On Good Friday, I saw many movies on TV about the lives of Mary, Jesus and Joseph. I really like to see every year these movies, because I feel like I'm giving my time to God, thinking in Jesus, and it means much to me.

On Saturday, I went to the mass and I read the Gospel. On Easter Sunday, I went to Madeira Shopping with mom, dad and my sister. It was cool, and my mom bought me a book, and I love it!

On the last day I met Rita. I really love my friends.
I made school homework with my BFF and we passed (spent) a good time together.
I really LOVE HOLIDAYS!

Hi, everyone! How was your last weekend with your family? Was it fun? Was it great? Mine was.
I went with my family to the supermarket, and we didn't go to another place because my sister, me and my mom, we had too much work to do before Monday.

We had a great day, we laughed so much! My father is a great comedian, you know?

My last weekend was really cool! I spent last week with my favourite friends.

It wasn’t boring because we talked and had fun. I usually stay at home doing homework.

We really had fun and the Saturday lunch was great. It was chicken. We bought the meat, the drinks and the bread. Then we went to “Eira” (a place in the mountain that we can see the whole Jardim do Mar), we grilled the chicken , and then we put it in the bread. It was delicious!

My last weekend was cool.

On Friday night I decided to stay at home. I played computer games, I listened to music and I watched TV.

On Saturday, first I went to the scouts, next I went to Sunday School. Then I went home. At home I played with Carolina and my dog. Then Carolina went her home and I watched TV.

On Sunday I went to my cousin's home. At night I went back to my home and went to sleep.

I liked my last weekend because I played with my friends.

Last Carnival holidays

My name is Edna and I'm going to write about my last Carnival holidays.

I liked my Carnival holidays because I went to Algarve. I met a lot of new new people and made friends.

My Carnival is different every year and my this year I had a lot of fun. I rode my rollerblades and won races.

I did not have enough time to use a costume, but next year I will. It's a shame that it passes so quickly.

And that was my Carnival.

Hi, my name is Ricardo and now I'm going to talk about my last weekend.

On Friday night I went to the scouts, where I sing. After I went to explain my football coach why I missed training. Next I went home to sleep, because Saturday is my favourite day.

On Saturday I woke up at 9:30 am, because my cousin arrived and I went with him to play computer. I stayed with my cousin for a lot of time, but at twelve o'clock I went to play football with him.

At one pm I had lunch, because I was hungry. One hour after I went to the scouts and the church.

Next I came home and I ate and watched TV. Next I went to sleep.

On Monday we had a football game and we won. The result was Estrela 5, Gaula 1.
Next I went home, I ate, watched TV, did my homework, and finally I went to sleep.

This was my last weekend!

Last Carnival holidays

Diogo ate "malassadas" last Carnival.

In the last Carnival holidays I ate “malassadas” with sugar can honey.

I helped my father and tidied up my bedroom. Then I played practical jokes on other people and I went to see the Carnival parade in Funchal.

After that I went to a friends's house and I played with my friends. I ate “sonhos” with sugar.
I also travelled to the Portuguese mainland.

Last weekend Diogo went up the mountains to see the snow.

Last weekend I played on the computer and watched TV.

I also went to a party and to the beach. In there I went for a walk.

I went to see the “trapalhão” parade in Funchal;

I studied a lot for all my subjects;

I dressed up, this Carnival, as a folk guy (vilhão) with my friends. We had a lot of fun!

Hi there!

I didn’t do anything special this weekend.

Saturday morning, I woke up, got dressed, made my bed, had breakfast and cleaned my room.

After 10:00 a.m., I started doing my homework and study. I had lunch and continued studying.

Just before 17:00 p.m., I got dressed and went to catechism. I came home, had a shower and saw some films. A bit later, I had dinner and went to bed.

On Sunday, I got dressed and went to church. After church my family and I had a long and quiet lunch. While my parents were cleaning the house, I started to practise my clarinet. Then we went for a drive and had dinner in a little restaurant.

We came home and I had a shower. I packed my bag for Monday and watched TV until bedtime and went to bed.

I enjoyed telling what I did this weekend and I hope everyone’s weekend was great!
